Another new release pdf pattern from Cinderella*Zwergen*Mode, the BIG Minnie skirt!

Cinderella*Zwergen*Mode " Big MiNNIE" for ladies!

MiNNie is short short hip hugger skirt and is sewn from stretchable fabrics like jersey, sweat or
cotton knit. The eyecatcher are the pockets. With all the different pattern pieces you can use a lot
of your fabric scraps. With the colorful mix every MiNNie skirt will be one of a kind.

Review-

What a super sweet pattern, who doesn't like skirt over pants design!. How about adding a splash of colour over leggings as well...

The instructions are easy to follow and the pdf files are very easy to print out and construct, cute pockets too.

I would definitely recommend this pattern.

Guesting at Gossamer Dreams

I was recently a Guest WAHM over at Gossamer Dreams . Gossamer Dreams is a collaboration of WAHM's that stocks once a month for 24 hours only. Oh, they also have a theme they must all work to as well.  The theme was UNITY.

It was a heap of fun to be involved. Here were my offerings...

JoCole Leggings review and some Skandi fun!

Sometimes, it's the simple things that are the very best. 

Two basic pairs of leggings, devoid from any embellishments, but created from exceptional fabric. 

Lil  (8) will wear these leggings to death. Under too-short tunics, with long tees, under short skirts, with her boots. 

The one left is from Sanetta Vichy knit, the right, GITTA in red/white. Both cotton/spandex fabrics from Germany, and quite possibly better quality than any high end children's wear you will buy in Australia.( Oh yes, I was once THAT mum, before I started sewing some 22 years ago, my eldest was only ever in designer clothes. But the quality was missing?).

I have used the JoCole pdf Basic Knit Leggings pattern.

Jo's patterns are simply the BOMB. She has degrees in this stuff, and boy does it show. The presentation and cut of these patterns is brilliant. She gives you so much information, you will feel like you've just been to sewing class. Truly, check them out.

And a spiffy tee I whipped up to match, this is Otto #301, of course. In STELLA and our new Skandi Mushies!

Cinderella*Zwergen*Mode "Minnie"

We are very fortunate to work with Claudia from Cinderella*Zwergen*Mode, in stocking both her paper and pdf patterns. C*Z*M are always very funky, full of fun, and wonderful for our style of fabrics at Crafty Mamas.

I asked a couple of our pattern testers to try out Minnie and BIG Minnie- a very easy knit skirt- perfect alone of worn over jeans/leggins. I'll post them all over the next few days.

A WIP and the UNDIES BUG!

Last night I started a HUGE project, and I really should not have. I was up all night- tossing and turning- wanting to finish it!

Tonight I need to add the hood, bottom row, sleeves and binding for front. I tell you, these Elf Coats are so much fun to make! I started on arm warmers last week, and this week, the coats.

 No Op Shop is safe now!

Another thing I have caught..the UNDIES BUG! Yep, I am churning out Undies in huge amounts. I am even selling my UNDIES now ( bet that throws back some interesting Blogger word searches!).
